Shoulders:

Stand with your shoulders relaxed. Measure across the back of your body.

Bust:

Measure under the arms at the fullest part around the bust.

Waist:

Measure around the natural waistline, without holding your breath.

Hip:

Stand with your feet together and measure around fullest part of your hips.v
